Aims
To provide our students with an adequate academic learning and vocational training that allows them to develop their skills and their professional future. To offer the students a comprehensive education as human beings that allows them to adequately integrate themselves in society, assuming constitutional and democratic values. To facilitate the relationship between parents and the school community, providing adequate information on the school results attained by the students. To establish links with companies in the Madrid Region in order to promote job placements for our students. To promote links with public and private entities, at national and European levels, to allow an optimal use of the school facilities by the different sectors of the communities the school belongs to.

Quality Level Indicators
In order to check the fulfilment of the above mentioned aims, we have established the following Quality Level Indicators for the services offered: Results obtained at the University Access Exams. Percentage of students who have passed a Stage or Cycle. Number of lectures on vocational and career advice given to the students. Number of out-of-school activities which have been programmed and carried out. Number of cultural activities and other group activities carried out during the school year. Number of group-meetings with parents. Number of written communications sent by the school to parents. Number of job placement agreements with companies signed and implemented every year. Number of job placement offers processed through the school’s Employment Opportunities Listing. Number of job placements attained by students in a period of six months from the granting of a vocational diploma. Number of projects and proposals between the school and other entities carried out during one school year. Number of cultural activities and training activities carried out by other entities or organizations using the school facilities. Data connected with suggestions or claims made by parents or students. Data relating to the level of satisfaction with school services coming from parents, students, and teaching and non-teaching staff.

List of Services
The Lists of Services as implemented by the Madrid Region Local Government are conceived to inform the citizens about the services offered by its administrative units and the quality levels to be expected from these, in order to help the users of said public services in the exercise of their rights.
